People
Who are we?
Our Philosophy
We believe that education should equip a person to meet life with intelligence and not stop with the mere acquisition of skills to make a living. We are passionate about neurodiversity. We take inspiration from the ideas of J. Krishnamurti. We wish to live in harmony with ourselves, the society around us and the nature. We are engaged in exploring these various dimensions of our being.
Meet the Team
We have significant experience in autism and education. We are enthusiastic about the farm, kitchen and the community.

Geethika is a natural at Farm Hill, having grown up in an alternative learning space herself. She works with the primary group, runs the gardening and craft classes, and manages the kitchen and the stores. She holds together the day-to-day community functioning and is very skilled with her hands.
Unnamalai Amma
Kitchen/Stores
She is our master chef and her cooking is the primary attraction for a large chunk of friends visiting us regularly. While her sambar and vegetable biryani are to die for, she also turns out very good rotis, gravies and fare from all over the country. She participates actively in the political and social life of the town, and is a community leader in her own right.
